Raw Material Of Bike Tools
All the bike tools start production from raw material.
We buy them from steel factory and store them the raw material in our warehouse.
There are various types including rolled steel, steel bar and other types.
Punching Procedure
Raw material has been cut into small pieces which is suitable for further processing.
Traditional punching machine needs workers to control the cutting speed and raw material stability.
Auto-punching machine is more simple which only needs put the material to initial point of the machine.
For one Auto-punching machine, it can produce more than 50,000 pieces in 8 hours.
Carving Procedure
Skillful workers can carve suitable small stick to specific shape.
He will do this job one piece by one piece, It will costs around 10-20 seconds to finish one.
This part is also a rough process. If we needs practical bike tool, we needs more produres to go.
Further Carving Procedure
Some tool will be put on the machine and do the carving again.
Operator will control the machine speed and bike tool angle to make the exact standard bike tool.
Washing Procedure
After carving process is done, each bike tool will go high-temperature washing.
Some plastic bike tool such as bike levers needs to be boiled in hot water for one hour.
This part will help bike tools better ductility and durable.
Surface Treatment
Workers put the bike tool accessory on the shelf. Then shelf will go through chemical pool.
Chemical pool is divided into various parts. The whole poll is in high-temperature. Shelf will into different parts according to different requirement.
