We define MOQ based on the processing technology and production process of bike tools. Although most of the bike tool accessory and spare parts are produced by our factory, some accessories are purchased from outside, such as bike bag. Therefore, when setting the minimum settle down order quantity, we should not only consider our own situation, but also consider the requirements of cooperative factories.

Here are some factors that affect MOQ:

1) Materials

Do bicycle tools use special materials? Generally speaking, the bicycle tool factory uses carbon steel as the main material of bicycle repair tools. Of course, some materials are aluminum alloy, iron and so on. If particular stainless steel is used to make bike tool, MOQ may be affected.

2) Surface Treatment

The surface treatment of conventional bicycle tools is nickel plating, zinc plating, chromium plating, etc. The process of chromium plating is a little more complicated. It can be seen from the figure that thousands of products need to be hung on the shelf for electroplating. If the quantity is too small, the operation cost will be higher.

3) Special Accessories

There is a big difference between the technology of production tools in mainland China and that in Taiwan. The bicycle tools produced in mainland China are mainly of medium and low grade, and lack of machines with design and production technology. Some special parts will be purchased from Taiwan.

4) Required MOQ from Cooperative Enterprises 

Usually, factory start production of small bag from 2000 pcs. If it is hard to sewing the plastic bone or rough frame, MOQ will be higher. Or some factory to keep their efficiency or profit. They will turn down some orders.
